The Workday Associate Engagement Manager is a project manager, who can supportclient, company, and team accomplishment.
This person will be hands-on with the support of key project deliverables such as: charter, project/staffing plans, issue logs, etc. while driving client engagement.
Any budget or resourcing constraints will bec ommunicated and addressed, keeping in mind the project's success and profitabilityKey ResponsibilitiesBecome an expert in Workday's Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements.Demonstrate an understanding in the Workday product suite - HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials.Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed.Provide support to Engagement and Senior Engagement Manager on larger projects.Work with the client project manager to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframes.
Ensure the project is delivered within the budget outlined in the SOW.Work with Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance with agreed to checkpoints.Assist in the transition of the client from skilled services to product support.Ensure the client can serve as a reference upon completing their implementation.Track issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate concerns aboutapplications.Present at Executive Steering Committee meetings.Identify and escalate change orders in the event client is requesting CS to perform tasks that are outside the scope of the SOW.Participate in the sales cycle as requested to gather requirements, formulatedelivery approach, and develop a proposal/SOW.Education & Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Information Systems, or related field.Previous Workday experience strongly preferred, but not required.
Knowledge of Internet technology and Enterprise Resource Planning.A practitioner background in HR, Finance, or Payroll.PMP is strongly desiredSalary and Other CompensationApplications will be accepted until 11/23/2025 The annual salary for this position is between $75,800 - $95,865 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
