About The Role
This role provides high quality administrative support to the Quality Department, supporting quality improvement activities, data collation, reporting, and accreditation requirements. The role assists the Quality and Risk Manager and Hospital Executive through effective coordination of documentation, meetings, and reporting, while maintaining confidentiality and contributing to the achievement of hospital quality and safety objectives.

Data entry, spreadsheet management, and reporting supportPreparing agendas, minutes, reports, and presentationsSupporting accreditation activities and Quality Annual Plan objectivesCoordinating consumer complaint documentationMaintaining confidentiality and privacyProviding general administrative and executive relief support

The Hospital has 6 Operating Theatres, 28 bed Rehabilitation Unit, a 5 bed Close Observation Unit along with ward accommodation for medical and surgical patients in a combination of private and shared rooms.
