What you'll be doing:TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel and mild steelFabrication of components to a high standard of workmanshipReading and interpreting technical drawings and specificationsEnsuring all work meets quality and safety requirementsWorking closely with the team to problem-solve and improve processes
What we are looking for:Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication) or equivalent trade experienceStrong TIG & MIG welding skills essentialAbility to pass a 9606.1 weld testHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to complete a pre-employment lung function and hearing test
