We are currently seeking a Roller Operator to support the team in Culcairn. This role involves operating rollers as part of road construction and resurfacing works while assisting the wider crew where required. This is a great opportunity to work locally, gain council experience, and be part of a supportive civil works team.
About the Role
* Road resurfacing and asphalt work
* General labouring duties
* Operating small plant/equipment (training provided)
* Traffic control support
* Working as part of a fast-paced outdoor crew
What We're Looking For
* MR Licence (minimum)
* White Card (mandatory)
* Previous construction or civil experience
* Roller operator experience
* Physically fit and able to work outdoors
* Strong teamwork attitude and reliability
