We are looking for a National Customer Resolution Officer to join our team based in West Gosford, 2250. In this role you will use your excellent communication, problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer invoice disputes in a timely and satisfactory manner.

What you'll be responsible for
* Receive and investigate customer invoice disputes, striving to provide appropriate resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction
* Analyse customer invoicing issues, identify root causes and propose effective solutions to resolve problems promptly
* Communicate with customers via phone or email when required
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Finance, to resolve customer invoicing disputes
What you'll need to be successful
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in a busy working environment
* Professional, proactive and flexible attitude
* Excellent data entry, keyboard and numeric skills
* Effective time management with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Case management experience would be advantageous
* Resilience and ability to work independently
* Knowledge of CRM/Salesforce highly regarded
