About the role
A well-established surveying and civil services business is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join their Canberra-based team.
This role offers exposure to a variety of projects across the ACT, working within a supportive and professional environment. You will be responsible for delivering accurate fieldwork, processing survey data and supporting project outcomes across multiple sites.
This position suits a detail-oriented surveyor looking for stability, technical growth and long-term career progression.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Carry out surveying projects with accuracy and attention to detail
* Operate Leica equipment for fieldwork
* Use 12d software to process data and prepare plans
* Work across multiple sites and project types
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Ensure surveys meet specification and client requirements
* Maintain clear and accurate documentation
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Recognised surveying qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' professional experience in Australia
* Strong experience with 12d software
* Proficiency using Leica survey equipment
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
Highly Regarded
* ACT project experience
* Exposure to civil or infrastructure projects
