You will contribute to significant projects in a dynamic and innovative environment.The role has key accountability for the successful delivery of project documentation at the completion of Maintenance periods.
This will be achieved by managing official documentation from start to finish with external Repair Agents, Internal Superintendents/Project Managers/Ship Managers and Commonwealth Representatives through difference tracking systems.Duties cover all aspects of project administration and support whilst build strong stakeholder relationships.Review and audit to submit official documentationDaily status reporting and system updatesMaintaining high-quality data integrityParticipate in the development of improvements to the process and teamCoordinating reports/documentation with Project teams and Commonwealth RepresentativesConducting weekly progress meetings with internal Project teamsFollowing up with Repair Agents on outstanding documentationProviding daily, accurate status reports with commentary on actions, bottlenecks and solutionsHow about you1-2 years' experience in a similar roleHigh-level administrative capabilities and a customer-focused mindsetAbility to engage and influence the breadth of internal and external Stakeholders to deliver quality outputsUnderstanding of project management deliverables and processesStrong attention to detail especially in auditing and complianceDemonstrated problem-solving and communication skillsGood to KnowYou'll get an email acknowledgement after you've applied, Thales strives to provide a personalised experience for all suitable applicants.As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, candidates Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate Australian Government clearance.
