About Us
Welcome to Peninsula Boutique Hotel — a little slice of Port Douglas paradise where beachfront relaxation meets genuine, down-to-earth hospitality. We're an adults-only boutique property just across from Four Mile Beach, and we pride ourselves on creating stays that feel effortless, personal, and memorable.

About the Roles
Our little hotel is getting busy (the good kind of busy), and we're growing the team across a few different areas. Whether you're a hospitality all‑rounder, a behind‑the‑scenes superstar, or someone who lights up a room the moment guests arrive — we'd love to hear from you.
Right now, we're recruiting for multiple roles, so this is your chance to step into a position that suits your strengths, your schedule, and the kind of work you enjoy. Some roles are guest‑facing, some are the magic‑makers in the background — but they all share the same goal: creating an easy, beautiful, welcoming stay for every guest who walks through our doors.
Open roles include:
* Guest Services / Front Office Officers — the friendly faces and calm problem‑solvers who set the tone for every stay.
* Housekeeping / Room Attendants — the detail‑lovers who keep everything crisp, fresh, spotless, and guest‑ready.
* Food & Beverage Attendants (Breakfast & All‑Rounders) — the early‑risers who bring great energy, great coffee, and great service to start the day right.
* Kitchen Team — the behind‑the‑scenes engine of the hotel, bringing fresh ideas, sharp prep, and smooth service to every plate, with teamwork, pace, and pride in delivering food guests remember.

What We're Looking for Across all roles, we value:

* Prior hospitality experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidates
