Job Title: Crisis Support Specialist
Converge is seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Crisis Support Specialists. In this role, you will provide critical incident response services, including emergency response, critical incident and potentially traumatic event interventions, change support, and disaster response.
About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide crisis intervention services using primary intervention models such as Psychological First Aid and stepped care. You will work collaboratively with clients to identify suitable intervention programs and provide solution-focused advice to achieve agreed outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide critical incident response services, including emergency response, critical incident and potentially traumatic event interventions, change support, and disaster response
* Assess workplace issues and identify suitable intervention programs
* Provide solution-focused advice to achieve agreed outcomes
* Work collaboratively with clients to deliver clinical services (EAP, RRS)
* Develop and implement trauma-specific interventions and approaches to support individuals in one-on-one trauma support
* Inform organizations of themes, recommendations, or any internal process improvements
Requirements
* Experience in providing psychosocial interventions, support, and counseling
* Relevant experience and minimum 3 years trauma management and/or relevant consultancy services
* Demonstrated ability to assess workplace issues, identify suitable intervention programs, and provide solution-focused advice
* Excellent time management skills, report writing skills, and willingness to travel to client sites
* Trained in Psychological First Aid and registered with the appropriate professional body
* Have a current driver's license and access to a vehicle
