About the role
As a Software Test Engineer, you’ll safeguard the quality, reliability, and integrity of our platform, working closely with Developers, Product teams, and stakeholders. You’ll bring a structured and pragmatic approach to testing, ensuring every release meets high standards for performance, accessibility, usability, security, and compliance.
Your contribution will span the full product lifecycle, including:
* Testing & risk identification: Design and execute comprehensive manual test plans (functional, regression, exploratory, release), while reviewing requirements and designs early to spot gaps or risks,
* Accessibility & inclusivity: Conduct accessibility testing aligned to WCAG 2.1+, validating support for assistive technologies and championing inclusive, user-focused design,
* Documentation & collaboration: Produce clear test documentation and defect reports, collaborate with developers to resolve issues, and contribute to usability and continuous improvement initiatives,
* Governance & process: Support security, regulatory, and audit requirements, assist with customer-facing technical investigations, and refine testing processes, tools, and quality standards,
Through disciplined testing, proactive collaboration, and a focus on continuous improvement, you will help deliver a stable, high-performing SaaS platform that customers trust every day.
