This is your opportunity to work with some of Australia's largest organisations in various industries including, government agencies and corporate organisations.
We are seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors with proven experience in short term, solutions-orientated interventions to join our growing national workforce of EAP consultants.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will
* Have experience providing high-quality counselling and crisis response support
* Enjoy working with diverse workplaces to assess work stressors and risk factors in work environments
* Have a solid understanding of organisational and individual factors impacting on people performance
* Be commercially savvy, with the ability to view issues and problems from a business, customer and personal perspective
* You will be self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and have a willingness to demonstrate initiative with a 'can do' attitude.
3 years of relevant experience in allied health is desirable. A tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body is required.

3 years of relevant experience in allied health is desirable. A tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body is required. A current driver's licence and having your own vehicle is a must.
