* Palliative Care – inpatient and community settings (2 days/week)
* Acute Hospital Services – Bowral Hospital (3 days/week)

You'll be part of a small, dynamic, and supportive social work team, working closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary group who value collaboration, empathy, and high-quality care.

If you're looking for a role that blends professional impact with lifestyle balance, we look forward to receiving your application.

Are You the Right Fit?

We're seeking someone who brings heart, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to high-quality care.

You will bring to the role:

* Motivated team player — adaptable, collaborative, and confident working within health and clinical environments.
* Commitment to growth — values supervision, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development.
* Multidisciplinary experience — comfortable contributing within a diverse team of health professionals.
* Community-based palliative care — able to deliver services in the community, including home visits.

Selection Criteria

To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

* A Social Work degree which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
* Provide an overview of your experience working as a Social Worker in a hospital or health-related setting. Highlight your experience working within multidisciplinary teams and your ability to deliver high-quality care in a clinical environment.
* Give an example of how you have prioritised competing demands and managed stressful situations in a clinical environment. How did you balance independent decision-making with collaboration within a multidisciplinary team?

Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
