About the Team
The Information & Technology section is responsible for the ongoing operations of IBA's ICT services, including strategy and innovation, delivery and management of Cloud, infrastructure and network services and end user services.
We have a strong commitment to customer service and are committed to continuously improving IBA's customers' online experience, ensure the IT systems, applications and infrastructure are secure and fit for purpose and to provide all staff with a suite of tools to deliver products and services more efficiently.
About the Role
SharePoint Administrator role will report into the ICT Operations and work closely to support IBA customers in achieving our SharePoint needs.
Duties:
This role will be fundamental in uplifting the design and implementation of IBA Information Asset Management Program.
Duties are included but not limited to:
Translating business requirements into User Stories and develop SharePoint Solutions Accordingly.
Performance SharePoint administrative tasks including user management, permissions management and content management.
Monitoring and troubleshooting SharePoint Issues, resolving any technical problems or system performance issues.
Supporting the security, availability and integrity of the SharePoint environment by regular maintenance and updates.
Providing technical and training users on SharePoint and supporting the site owners.
Developing and maintaining the SharePoint Application Support Handbook, SharePoint User Access Management Guides.
Staying updated with the latest MS SharePoint and Power Automate updates and continuous improvements.
Collaborating with the Information Management Project team to update the current SharePoint information architecture, supporting the Manage In-place strategy for information and records management.
Providing continuous support to the Information Management Project team to implement backlog items.
Developing reporting tools to offer insights into site usage, productivity, and adoption across the organization.
Periodically conduct site audits and content reviews.
Creating or maintaining custom solutions, using PowerShell and Microsoft Power Automate for workflow approvals and teams archiving.

Required capabilities:
These are essential unless otherwise indicated.
3+ years' experience as a SharePoint Developer, with a strong focus on SharePoint development and administration.
Understanding of SharePoint and M365 architecture, features and capabilities.
Experience in designing and developing SharePoint sites, web parts, workflows and customer applications.
Experience in SharePoint Administrative tasks including user management and permissions management.
Strong organisation, attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
Some Experience with Power Platform is beneficial but not required.
Ability to work independently, but also a strong team player who works well with others.
Able to pick up new concepts swiftly and hit the ground running, manage your time effectively and produce high quality outcomes efficiently.
At least a baseline clearance (preferred), or the ability to obtain and maintain a baseline clearance.
The candidate must be able to attend onsite at any of the IBA offices at least 2 days per week (hybrid).
