About this Role
The Learning and Development Coordinator will drive the launch and ongoing implementation of a new framework, working with executive leaders to identify workforce gaps and build capability pathways.
* Coordinating training needs analysis and individual learning plans for every staff member.
* Managing and optimizing the ELMO Learning Management System.
* Designing and delivering onboarding, induction and cultural orientation programmes.
A successful candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar field, with exposure to managing learning systems, planning programmes or coordinating training events.
