The opportunity
- FNZ Ltd is an asset custodian, meaning we hold client assets in our names as nominee and are responsible for the administration of those assets.
- As a Graduate Cash Settlements Analyst here at FNZ you will work within the Investment Operations division and will participate in the daily workflow of the team.
- You will be responsible for exceptions-based cash investigations, as well as working on a number of projects that the team delivers with regards to on-boarding new clients, developing new and/or automated functionality on the Platforms, banking and payments changes affecting workflows and Regulatory changes across Asia-Pacific.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Participate in the teams BAU flows to ensure all aspects are delivered within SLA and KPI requirements, this also includes Control Account Exception Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Team Checklists are completed daily, Platform Case Issue Log Management, Team Inbox Management and Escalations to Team Manager-
- Client funds cash management - all client cash transactions and ledger processing.-
- Process daily market settlement and ledger movements.-
- Daily client and pooled FX trade processing and settlement management.-
- Daily client limit and forward FX trade and settlement management.Review and investigation of team reporting. Taking ownership of exceptions from daily assigned tasks and providing feedback and if required, resolution and follow up to Team Manager.-
