* Contribute to the planning and execution of the Regional HR projects.
* Participate in the implementation of new HR systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
HR Projects:
* Contribute to the planning and execution of the Regional HR projects.
* Participate in the implementation of new HR systems and processes.
Onboarding/Offboarding:
* Conduct orientation programs for new employees, introducing them to company policies and culture.
Employee Relations:
* Address employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Support and manage employee disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Monitor and address employee morale and satisfaction.
* Foster a positive working environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Data Management:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
* Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
* Compile monthly Payroll - update on employees' movement, OT claims etc
* Monthly update on HR headcount reporting; benefits administration, collaborating with finance and other departments as necessary.
* Prepare HR-related reports and analytics to assist in decision-making.
Policy Implementation:
* Support in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures to ensure adherence across the organization.
* Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations, making recommendations for updates to policies as needed.
Compliance and Legal:
* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
* Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
* Collaborate with legal counsel as needed to address HR-related legal matters.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in human resources or similar roles.
* Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficient in HRIS and MS Office.
