Overview
Ready to take your underground mining career to the next level? Redpath Mining is on the lookout for skilled, safety-driven Production Drillers and Cablebolt Operators to join our high-performing team at Lady Loretta.
Working a 2–2 roster with 12-hour shifts. You will collaborate with engineering to ensure precision drilling, operate production drills safely and efficiently, apply your cable bolt expertise underground, read and interpret cable bolt layouts, manage the full cable bolting process for ground support and mine rehab, perform production tasks with a focus on safety and productivity, and keep machinery clean and service-ready.

- Apply cable bolt expertise underground
- Read and interpret cable bolt layouts
- Manage the full cable bolting process for ground support and mine rehabilitation
- Perform production tasks with a focus on safety and productivity
- Keep machinery clean and service-ready
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with underground production drills & cablebolting
- Simba drill experience highly regarded
- Ability to multi-skill across underground operations
- National Police Clearance (within last 6 months) is a bonus
