Job Description

Reporting to the Director Student Recruitment, the Navitas English Student Services Recruitment Manager – Greater China and Southeast Asia is accountable for driving student recruitment growth across Australia and Asia through both direct sales activities and indirect channels, including agent and partner management.

This role plays a key role in the development and execution of high‐impact recruitment and sales strategies, with a strong focus on delivering enrolment growth, achieving sales and revenue targets, expanding market share, and meeting overall student recruitment objectives.

Qualifications

Essential:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, International Education, or a related discipline
* Demonstrated experience in international student recruitment
* Proven ability to identify, develop and convert international business opportunities across key ELICOS source markets
* Experience representing an organisation at international education fairs, agent events, and student recruitment activities
* Strong understanding of international student recruitment pipelines, conversion strategies, and market dynamics
* Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
* Demonstrated commitment to delivering high‐quality customer and stakeholder service
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with agents, partners, and internal teams
* Results‐driven mindset with a commitment to achieving recruitment targets and continuous improvement
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, as well as independently to achieve agreed outcomes
* Willingness to support colleagues and contribute positively to a high‐performing team culture
* Well‐developed interpersonal skills with a professional and confident manner
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse international audiences

Desirable:

* Previous experience in a similar role within an education or international education organisation, preferably within the ELICOS or English language sector
