This role is responsible for overseeing team operations, service quality, and performance reporting. The successful candidate will also ensure ongoing education and up-to-date knowledge of industrial relations legislation and case law changes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to deliver high-quality services to clients or members.
* Maintain a deep understanding of employment-related legislation, industrial instruments, and Modern Awards.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in law or human resources management or equivalent relevant experience.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical advice and tailored solutions to team members and clients.
