Role: Associate Product Manager (APM) - B2B Darwin Experience: 2–3 years About ClickPost

ClickPost is Asia's largest logistics intelligence platform, helping brands like Walmart, Nykaa, Meesho, Adidas, and others improve post-purchase and logistics operations.

Founded in 2015, we've been profitable for the last five years, backed by top-tier investors, and growing ~2x year-on-year.

ClickPost operates at the intersection of massive scale, cutting-edge technology, and deep domain complexity.

Our culture is built on transparency, ownership, learning, and velocity—reflected in the number of ex-founders who choose to build here.

About Darwin-B2B
* Darwin is a fast-growing vertical within ClickPost focused on transforming B2B logistics in India. The current ecosystem is manual, fragmented, and inefficient, leading to cost leakages and operational drag.
* Darwin's mission is to build a seamlessly automated, intelligent B2B logistics network. In just 1.5 years, Darwin has grown 10x and today works with enterprises like Reliance Fashion, Decathlon, Acer, and Spykar.
About the Role:
* This is a high-ownership APM role for someone who wants to learn about a product by doing—across discovery, execution, and delivery.
* You will work closely with senior PMs, engineers, customers, sales, and ops teams, owning outcomes end to end rather than just writing specs.
What You'll Work On:

Your role is to make the best product possible and provide real value- (increased efficiency or cost savings to customers). Some of the projects that you might be working on:

* Invoice Reconciliation: Automated detection of discrepancies in carrier invoices worth lakhs
* AI POD Verification: AI-led extraction and validation of Proof of Delivery documents
* Dispatch Management: Tools to digitize and streamline enterprise dispatch operations
Key Responsibilities:
* Own product discovery for assigned problem areas by leading customer calls, defining requirements, and mapping end-to-end operational workflows
* Drive prioritization inputs by synthesizing customer pain points, business impact, and technical constraints to influence roadmap decisions
* Own pre-sales product engagements including demos, API walkthroughs, and prospect-specific solution design in partnership with sales
* Act as the product owner for onboarding and customer success, unblocking teams, resolving product gaps, and driving faster customer adoption
* Serve as the quality owner for releases by leading rigorous UAT, validating real-world edge cases, and ensuring production readiness with engineering
* Analyze product usage and operational data to identify inefficiencies, improvement opportunities, and high-impact product bets
* Build internal tools, automations, and workflows that materially reduce onboarding time and manual effort
Skills:
* You MUST have High Agency which means you are proactive and can take actions without being told what to do.
* Strong systems thinking with the ability to reason about trade-offs and second-order effects
* Structured problem-solving- able to breakdown complex problems and reason from first principles
* Comfort working with APIs, Postman, debugging, and QA processes
* Ability to build internal tools using modern AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Lovable, etc.)
* High bar for UI/UX, product taste, and clarity
* Proficient in prompt engineering and AI-first workflows
* Clear written and verbal communication
* Curious, humble, ambitious, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
* Creative, resourceful, and willing to hustle when required
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a top-tier institution
* 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrable hands-on use of AI tools (side projects or production work mandatory)
* Prior exposure to logistics or supply chain is a strong plus
* Comfortable visiting warehouses and working close to on-ground operations
What You Can Expect:
* Ownership and autonomy: You will have immense ownership and responsibility. You own and drive the execution.
* Culture:
* We value velocity in all things we do. You would be expected to move fast, experiment and be updated with the newest technologies
* We give a lot of ownership to our people. There is no micro-management, and you would be expected to own projects end to end
* We have seen people grow super-fast at ClickPost when they focus on the impact of the work, are detailed in their way of working and are willing to take risks
* Our team thrives on transparency.
* Compensation: We offer a competitive salary with performance bonus.
