Visual Content Creator
We seek a skilled Visual Content Creator to produce high-quality visual content across workshop and field environments.
This role involves planning and delivering visually engaging content from capturing video and photography to designing marketing materials from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare and deliver photo and video shoots in workshop and field locations
* Capture, edit and colour-grade high-quality photography and video for use across campaigns and promotional material
* Design and produce brochures, posters and product materials from concept through to print-ready or digital delivery
* Edit footage, select music and produce professional short- and long-form videos
* Maintain brand consistency and high creative standards across all visual output
* Coordinate logistics for shoots including locations, setup and timing
* Organise and maintain digital assets ensuring efficient file management and backup
* Work collaboratively with project teams to align creative output with project goals
About You:
* Proven experience in photo, video and design production required
* Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
* Ability to manage full creative workflow from concept to delivery
* Confident working independently on location and in workshop settings
* Strong eye for composition storytelling and detail
* Organised and proactive with ability to manage multiple projects at once
* Practical mindset and ability to adapt to real-world production environments
