Enforcement and Support Services (ESS) is a business until within Fines and Enforcement Services, Department of Justice and Community Safety's Fines, Registration and Crime Prevention group. ESS is responsible for managing the end-to-end infringement system in Victoria.

About the Role 
The Project Support Officer role sits within the Business Support Team and provides a range of project and administration support duties, including, but not limited to, secretariate support, invoicing/procurement/purchase orders and managing assigned projects. 
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Undertake duties associated with finances including invoices, purchase orders and procurements. 
- Provide secretariat support in meetings/workshops including minute taking, follow-up action items, and recording key decisions. 
- Manage assigned projects, including monitoring work against timelines, and reporting of statuses 
- Coordinate the capture, registration, control and access to documentation and records, including developing and maintaining any supporting registers that may be appropriate and add value. 
- Prepare and manage an appropriate document and records structure in the Departmental document and records management system (TRIM), ensuring compliance with standards for such things as naming conventions, use of appropriate record types, and secure access. 
- Provide project support across Enforcement and Support Services
About You 
- A general understanding of project administration and support duties 
- Experience in secretariate support 
- Experience with invoicing/procurement/purchase orders 
- Experience with records management processes
