About the Role:
Join Mental Health, Justice Health and Alcohol & Drug Services and make a real impact in the ACT community. We're looking for a dedicated clinician to join our Adult Community Mental Health Services, primarily within Community Recovery Services—a dynamic, multidisciplinary team supporting adults living with complex mental illness. You'll work face to face with clients over time, helping them strengthen their recovery, improve daily functioning, reduce hospital admissions and engage confidently in treatment. With support from experienced psychiatrists, allied health professionals and strong clinical governance, you'll manage a meaningful caseload, partner with families and carers, and collaborate closely with community and government services to achieve the best outcomes for every person you support.
In this role you'll deliver high-quality, recovery-focused clinical care; contribute to team processes; participate in supervision and ongoing professional development; and provide supervision to junior staff and students. You'll also complete Clozapine training and help deliver the team's Clozapine Clinic. While based in Community Recovery Services, you may work across Adult Community Mental Health teams to meet operational needs.
