The Role
The Marketing Specialist - BDO & Partnerships plays a pivotal role in supporting and strengthening the relationships with our unions and partners. This role includes supporting execution of marketing activities for events and the business development team across Australia. Working closely with Sales, Product, MX, BDO's, media, digital, and content teams, this role is responsible for the design and development of marketing plans, activation at events and creating marketing content and sales tools to support the BDO team whilst building strong relationships with key unions and stakeholders across all brands.

Who are we?
Teachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 70 years ago and is the only health fund exclusively for the education community. As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members covering the lives of over 400,000 teachers, education staff & their families.
What will you do?
* Create, develop and monitor marketing plans and strategies that align with our key stakeholder unions, partners and the BDO team.
* Support Marketing Manager with implementing integrated external communications to raise brand awareness and enhance growth opportunities through our stakeholders.
* Support the Marketing Manager by developing strong relationships with our key stakeholder's individual communication team, union-by-union, state-by-state.
* Manage and implement stakeholder advertising for all brands, and coordinate stakeholder comms, reporting and any ad hoc support requests as required.
* Coordinate with the brand marketing leads to ensure they have visibility of the face-to-face activities so they can support with paid digital activity to align.
* Coordinate the design, customer segmentation, messaging and analytics for all union marketing campaigns through our marketing automation platform. Including email, social, mobile and display.
What do you need?
* 3-5 years' experience in marketing, communications, or a corporate environment
* Proven ability to deliver integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, covering both online and offline channels
* Strong direct marketing and campaign management skills
* Experience in B2B and corporate events planning and execution
* Exposure to sponsorships and corporate activations
* Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of the general insurance or health industry (highly regarded but not essential)
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems (preferred but not required)
