Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the Restaurant Manager to influence menu design and curate daily specials.
- Contribute to the seamless daily operations of The Kitchen.
- Lead culinary execution and ensure quality and consistency across service.
Qualifications
- Number of years of experience as Head Chef or equivalent leadership role.
- Relevant culinary qualifications.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Experience with stock control procedures.
- Number of years of experience as a chef.
- English language skills proficiency.
- Experience with menu planning and costing.
- Current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment.
