The Role
As a key member of the SLT, you will be instrumental in developing a high-performance, transparent, and collaborative culture, supporting emerging leaders, senior management, and the broader team.
This hands-on role that requires a flexible approach, balancing strategic planning and tactical execution in some of the areas listed below.
* Strategy & Policy
: Implementing the P&C Strategy, developing best-practice policies, and ensuring full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
* Culture & Engagement:
Driving employee engagement ratings in line with business plan goals, leading engagement strategies, and actively enhancing our unified, collaborative company culture.
* Performance & Development:
Establishing clear performance and professional development targets for all roles, actively managing these processes, and utilising people performance assessment to build organisational capability.
* Leadership Support:
Consulting on all HR matters, including performance management, learning & development, and leadership growth programs for the SLT.
* Operations:
Optimising and maintaining HR systems, tools, and processes and supporting efficient recruitment and onboarding.

Your Profile
A dynamic hands on HR generalist who adopts a 'hands-on' proactive style and can support the broader business leadership and staff.
Ideally, you will combine corporate rigour and experience with demonstrable experience supporting transformation or scale up businesses, ideally within sectors such as Property, Real Estate, Financial services, Superannuation, Community services/Social Housing, or Aged Care.
You are an effective collaborator, articulate, professional, and accountable, with a self-motivated and enthusiastic approach. You must possess the ability to establish rapport and be a supportive team player.
