Location: Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast (On-site, Full-Time)

With booming demand, magazine features, and a cult following, we're on the lookout for a passionateSales Specialist to join our growing team and help more Aussies hit the road in style.
About the Role
This isn't your average sales job. You'll be guiding customers through a feel-good buying journey — helping them turn daydreams into drive-away realities. From first enquiry to handover high-five, you'll be the voice, face, and energy of Goldy.
Your day-to-day:
* Respond to warm leads (we get heaps) and help customers find their perfect Goldy
* Conduct engaging showroom tours and van walk-throughs
* Create quotes and manage the sales pipeline using our CRM
* Follow up with interested buyers and nurture long-term leads
* Be on-site at shows, events and Goldy activations
* Collaborate with our admin and build teams to keep everything running smoothly
* Contribute ideas — we're growing fast and your voice matters
What We're Looking For
* A confident communicator who builds trust with ease
* Experience in sales (automotive, caravans or lifestyle products a big plus)
* CRM-savvy, organised, and detail-oriented
* A good eye for design and an appreciation for unique products
* A team player who's excited to grow with a fast-moving brand
* Positive attitude, sense of humour, and a bit of Goldy magic
