The role
Main duties & responsibilities of the role include
- Arranging and performing pick-ups and deliveries with PACK & SEND vehicle.
- Packaging all consignments correctly.
- Complete all administrative tasks assigned
- Tracking and tracing consignments
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and their delivery drivers
- Assist the store manager with the sales.
- Professional handling of Over‐The‐Counter -Sales, telephone sales, web estimate requests and online sales transactions.
Key Requirements
- Intermediate level of computer literacy, including Microsoft.
- Valid and current Australian drivers licence.
- Strong experience in customer services in a retail environment.
- Working rights in Australia.
