The Site Manager will be responsible for the planning and management of on‐site activities including services coordination, site installation and commissioning. You will also be responsible for management of subcontractors and third‐party suppliers' on‐site installation, defects and site coordination with other services for the purpose of project delivery of Honeywell works.
Responsibilities
* Configuration, diagnosis, fault repair, and programming of building services (e.g., HVAC, BMS control, and third‐party systems).
* Software load and configuration of Honeywell systems and other systems as required.
* Minor project management of service projects and small works, including high‐level management of customers and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
* Technical consulting, design and implementation of Honeywell systems leveraging Honeywell and industry product knowledge to service businesses and customers (existing and new).
* Maintain overall responsibility of site activities, subcontractor and supplier performance on‐site in accordance with the subcontract.
Qualifications
* At least five years' experience with Honeywell/Non‐Honeywell control systems and products across systems.
* Strong experience in building (HVAC/BMS) systems including troubleshooting, fault finding and problem diagnosis.
* Experience in configuration, diagnosis, repair and programming of building services (e.g., BMS, HVAC and third‐party systems).
* Previous exposure to a complex site base, construction environment.
* Ability to maintain government security clearance if required.
