About the Role
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships between our organization and customers at a strategic and tactical level.
This role ensures ownership and responsibility for delivering services to contracted customers, including identifying, analyzing, monitoring, and continually improving relationships with stakeholders.
* Ensure delivery teams are aligned with customer expectations and agreements to establish a shared view of services and target service levels.
* Perform service reviews to ensure current services meet organizational and customer needs.
* Work with account managers to manage customer relationships.
* Act as an escalation point for customer and internal issues.
* Monitor and report on service delivery metrics and overall performance to identify improvement opportunities.
About You
We are looking for an individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will have previous success creating and maintaining great relationships with customers and be an excellent communicator.
You should be highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities, and deliver results within agreed timelines. Your ability to evolve solutions and handle complex problems while growing strong customer partnerships is essential.
* Tertiary qualification or equivalent.
* 10+ years of IT industry experience managing complex customer requirements.
* 8+ years working in IT Service Management.
