About the role
This is a full-time Service Advisor role with Ballina Toyota. As a Service Advisor, you will be the crucial link between our customers and our highly skilled technicians, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all who visit our dealership.
What you'll be doing
1. Greeting and assisting customers, and understanding their vehicle service needs
2. Preparing comprehensive repair estimates and service recommendations
3. Scheduling and coordinating vehicle service, repairs, and maintenance
4. Providing regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles
5. Ensuring a superior level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process
6. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all service work
7. Proactively identifying opportunities to generate additional service revenue
8. Supporting the Parts and Sales teams as needed
What we're looking for
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
* Proficient in using automotive service management software (desirable)
* A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service
