Job DescriptionBuild upon your developing team administration experience supporting our Risk function in our dynamic Sydney team.
What's the role?
As a Team Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team by delivering high-quality administrative and coordination support.
You'll be the go-to person for onboarding/off boarding processes, organising meetings, managing team logistics, and supporting team compliance activities.
Supporting two Heads of leaders, across the Risk function.
You'll predominantly manage their calendars, support agendas for team meetings, manage team leave, travel bookings and accommodation for team members and support team events, training sessions, and conferences.
What do I need?
We're looking for someone who is confident, collaborative and has a charismatic spirit.
To hit the ground running, you'll have: Experience in team coordination or administrative support (2+ years).
Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
Ability to multi-task, be helpful and adaptable to pivot to the team's needs.
