After nearly 2 years, we are starting to build something that moves fast, solves real problems and creates impact for some of the most interesting organisations in Australia. To keep that momentum, we are looking for someone who wants to get in early, learn quickly and become a critical part of how the business runs.
This is not a back‑office role. This is a hands on, get involved, make things happen role.
You will work directly with the founders, support delivery, run operations and be the face of the brand across content, clients and partners. If you are hyper proactive and thrive in an environment where you are trusted with real ownership and responsibility early, you will love working with us.
What you will do
* Keep the business operational by keeping the founders organised
* Manage client onboarding, contracts, scheduling and communication
* Support delivery by tracking actions, preparing and keeping projects tidy
* Drive our LinkedIn presence through content creation coordination and engagement
* Maintain contacts, partners, referrer networks and support our growth pipeline
* Look after calendars, admin and founder time management
* Be the friendly first point of contact for clients and prospects
* Help shape our brand voice, content rhythm and community presence
What you bring

* Strong organisation and an ability to juggle multiple moving parts
* Curiosity about consulting, brand, CX, AI, startups or all the above
