About This Role
The role of a Casework Coordinator is to lead the delivery of casework services in Clarence Valley Council.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide operational leadership and ensure compliance with Policy and Procedures, OOHC standards, relevant legislation, and contractual requirements.
* Deliver high-quality services that achieve positive outcomes for children, young people, and their families.
* Collaborate with caseworkers in providing specialist casework such as Restoration, Guardianship, and Adoption, and contribute to enhancing these practices.
* Establish effective relationships with key external stakeholders to comply with rules and guidelines.
* Develop collaborative relationships with various specialist and mainstream services to improve outcomes for children, young people, and their families.
* Embed the Sanctuary Model in systems and practice, reflecting organisational values.
