Job Summary
Ventia is currently seeking an experienced Field Manager to support the delivery of the NBN On Demand Module across commercial and residential projects.
About this role
* Oversee subcontractor management, site audits, and field operations, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
* Assist field technicians and provide coaching to improve performance, quality and end user customer experience.
* Liaise with the Area Manager field workforce to ensure all customer complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Supervisory experience in construction, ideally within the telecommunications sector (NBN highly desired)
* Strong time management skills and proven ability to coordinate and manage contractors
* Excellent communication skills to resolve customer complaints
* Technologically savvy
