Responsibilities
- Successful end-to-end technical delivery of projects working closely with Account Executives, Engagement Managers and customer stakeholders
- Conducting requirements gathering workshops, proposing solutions suitable for customers, and converting them into technical solution designs that can be delivered on the Moveworks platform.
- Creating solution design documents for internal and customer use. Where required, work with customer's enterprise architects to get your solution designs approved.
- Along with your fellow Solution Architects at 89 Solutions, you'll take ownership of establishing and enforcing solution design documentation & conventions across all projects to help the business can scale efficiently
- Work closely with international colleagues and customers

Qualifications
- Experience leading Moveworks Implementation projects and using Moveworks setup to configure OOTB connectors
- Experience with Moveworks Agent Studio for building integrations and AI Agents
- Minimium 10+ years of total work experience. 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect. Experience with ServiceNow and back-end software development.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect certifications.
- Experience with APIs and integrations -
- --- Understanding of API technologies (REST, SOAP) and authentication mechanisms (e.g. OAuth2, JWT, delegated authentication)
- --- Understanding of JSON & XML
- --- Experience using API tools like Postman or Insomnia
- Experience with building and deploying integrations with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP suite, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle etc
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or similar areas
- Excellent written and communication skills and ability to fluently interact with technical as well as business stakeholders (being the bridge between business & technology)
- Excellent technical documentation skills
- Analytical thinker and positive problem-solving skills
- Understanding of AI technologies and terminologies
Bonus Points
- Back-end development experience in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, Golang)
- Prior experience working in a consulting or professional services company
- Development experience on at least one cloud platform – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (GCP)
- Open-source software contributions or personal/hobby software projects
