About The Role
The HR Support Officer delivers high-quality human resource services with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employment relations. Key responsibilities include administering the Council\'s Alcohol and Other Drugs Program and providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring productive due diligence for timely hiring. The role also supports HR projects such as the Aspire Program and HR systems implementation, stabilisation, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will be operational, collaborative, and accountable for achieving goals.

Who We\'re Looking For
- Significant experience in a similar role with relevant HR knowledge.
- Proficient in standard office applications, particularly the MS Office suite.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-directed with strong problem-solving, research, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage HR systems administration effectively.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Benefits and Terms
- Package: $78,717 - $83,439 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
- Hours of work: Temporary Full Time, with expected availability until end of June 2026; option of a 19-day month through Council\'s flex system.
