Affiliate Studios is the in-house marketing team for Gartland and its sub-brands, as well as a full-service creative division that supports a growing list of external clients - particularly within the property and development space.
We partner with property developers and industry professionals to create high-converting campaigns that drive demand. From concept to completion, we fuel innovation through creativity and digital marketing - generating leads and supporting growth.
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of paid digital campaigns across both internal real estate initiatives and external client projects. You’ll collaborate closely with a creative and strategic team to plan, launch and optimise campaigns that deliver real results.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
* Implement audience targeting, conversion tracking, and testing frameworks.
* Collaborate with strategy and creative to develop and deliver compelling campaign messaging.
* Report on campaign results using key metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, engagement and reach.
* Continuously refine performance based on data insights and platform best practices.
* Support Gartland’s internal campaigns as well as external client-facing work.
* Stay on top of evolving ad platform tools, updates, and industry trends.
You'll Bring
* Demonstrated, hands-on experience in performance marketing (SEM, PPC, Meta, Google).
* Proficient across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics dashboards.
* Proven track record of managing successful, data-led digital marketing campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics 4 and SEMrush.
* Creative thinker with a performance mindset.
* Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Clear and professional communication style.
* CRM and website platform experience.
* Experience in property, real estate, or professional services is a bonus - but not essential.

Please note, this is a part-time, on-site role. The salary range quoted is full-time equivalent and will be offered commensurate with experience.
