About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager and Site Manager to join our team for an established project in the Sydney & Wollongong region. The project is well underway and will continue through to late 2026.
You'll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a reinforced concrete cooling tower, requiring strong technical command over complex formwork and structural concrete operations.
Key Requirements
* Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience in FRP (Formwork, Reinforcement, and Placement), particularly with jump form and complex formwork systems.
* Project Background: Candidates from Tier 1/2 Building or Civil Construction backgrounds are encouraged to apply, provided you have solid experience with vertical reinforced concrete structures.
* Leadership: Proven ability to manage subcontractors, drive safety outcomes, and deliver to tight schedules.
* Availability: Must be ready for an immediate start in the Wollongong area.
