The Opportunity
My client is a highly established founder‐led property group with a proven investment strategy and operations nationally. This newly created role exists to support their burgeoning hospitality business, which has seen multiples of growth in recent years.
As part of an internal strategy execution team you'll support varied business improvements projects in driving operational and commercial excellence, as well as manage and contribute to future business strategy and planning.
You'll work with data and create financial models for business cases (pricing, tenders), capex and valuation purposes, conduct market analysis and contribute to business strategy, and assist in evidence‐based decision‐making.
Finally, you will assist in developing project management tools, such as budgets and KPI reports, to track performance and progress.
About you
The successful candidate will have a strong academic track record and tertiary qualifications in a related field (such as Finance, Economics, Engineering).
We're broadly open to candidates with 2-5 years of experience and some demonstrated skills in analysis, financial or data modelling, dashboard building, business cases and/or project management, particularly those from advisory or consulting backgrounds.
