* Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and service

* Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
**Requirements: **
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or Australian recognised equivalency
* Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse
* Proven leadership experience as a senior nurse in aged care, with confidence to lead and influence
