Regional Maintenance Manager
We are seeking a strategic maintenance professional to oversee engineering operations across multiple sites.
The ideal candidate will develop and implement plans for maintenance, manage contractor relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also work closely with senior teams to review performance metrics and provide feedback on improvement opportunities.
* Develop and deliver strategic plans for engineering aligned with business objectives
* Establish standards and specifications for business unit assets, including maintenance strategies and investment scopes
* Review and analyze inspection, maintenance, and engineering reports to identify areas for improvement and plan corrective actions
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop capital expenditure plans for fuel depots and terminals
* Manage relationships with engineering contractors, review risk assessments, and ensure works are planned and executed in accordance with site-specific requirements
* Oversee the development and implementation of preventive planned maintenance task schedules to maintain regulatory compliance
* Coordinate with operations teams to manage contractor interfaces and support engineering functions
* Review and analyze HSE performance metrics within assigned business units and provide actionable feedback for improvement
