Key Responsibilities
As a senior hospitality professional, you will lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional food and beverage service. This will involve ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and service standards are consistently met.
The role also requires working closely with the leadership team to manage rosters, inventory, and ordering, as well as driving revenue and profit growth.

Requirements
* Previous supervisory experience in a food and beverage environment
* Knowledge of cash control, food service, food safety, and general WHS requirements
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
* Current RSA, Barista skills, and Food Safety Certificate
