About the Role
* As an Aviation Rescue Fire Fighter, your primary responsibility will be to provide safety services at airports, including responding to aircraft incidents, fires, and other emergencies.
* You'll work closely with colleagues to maintain trucks and the fire station, ensuring that equipment is in good working order and ready for use at all times.
* In addition to these duties, you'll also provide fire safety advice to passengers and airline crews, helping to prevent accidents and ensure a safe travel experience.

Requirements
* You must be an Australian citizen or New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident.
* Completed Senior Secondary Certificate of Education (Year 10/12)
* Current, unrestricted driver's license (with the ability to obtain a heavy rigid license)
* Current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 or HTLAID014) at time of commencement on Recruit Course
* Physically and mentally fit (must pass a physical aptitude test which includes a beep test with a pass score of 9.1 and aviation medical assessment)
* Ability to work well in a team, think quickly under pressure, and make logical decisions in critical situations
