About the Role
The Assistant Development Manager position involves supporting senior project managers with the delivery of multiple projects across various development portfolios.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all phases of the project lifecycle, from concept through to completion and handover. Your work will directly contribute to the revitalisation and transformation of properties across NSW, Queensland, and the ACT.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting senior project managers with the delivery of multiple concurrent projects
* Coordinating day-to-day project operations, including scheduling, site inspections, budget tracking, procurement, and reporting
* Collaborating with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and keep projects moving forward
* Ensuring construction works comply with relevant regulations, standards, and approvals
* Identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Supporting tender processes, documentation management, and quality control procedures
