We are seeking a Principal Product Technology Consultant to join our global Agency Sales team, where innovation knows no borders. This team leads with impact—empowering Online Travel Agencies through scalable distribution solutions, advanced technology adoption and strong customer partnerships across the travel ecosystem. As a Principal Product Technology Consultant, you will serve as a senior advisor to OTA customers across Australia and Oceania. You will lead complex implementations, shape solution strategy and influence product adoption at scale. You will partner with commercial, product and engineering teams to deliver measurable customer outcomes. This role requires deep expertise in API integration, OTA ecosystems and the ability to guide customers through transformation with confidence and clarity.
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Sabre solutions for strategic OTA customers.
* Act as a senior technical advisor across integration, rollout and post go-live phases.
* Influence solution design by partnering with account teams, product and engineering stakeholders.
* Drive customer adoption through tailored enablement, training and technical consultation.
* Share best practices and provide thought leadership across the consulting team and broader organization.
Preferred qualifications and education
* Minimum 8 years of experience in product consulting, solution implementation or technical account support in travel technology or ecommerce.
* Strong understanding of OTA platforms, GDS ecosystems and travel distribution strategies.
* Deep expertise in APIs, integration frameworks and modern technology stacks.
* Proven ability to lead complex customer engagements and influence senior stakeholders.
* Ability to travel across Australia and Oceania to support customer needs.
