Summary
A Canberra-based consulting firm with over a decade of successful delivery is growing its Defence and Maritime capability. Off the back of several recent project wins, they are seeking experienced Management Consultants to support a range of strategic and operational programs across the sector.
About the Position
You'll work closely with Commonwealth clients on complex projects, supporting initiatives across strategy, transformation, program delivery, or capability development. You'll contribute to high-impact work within Defence (CASG, Navy, or broader Defence Groups), providing both subject matter expertise and consulting rigour.
Roles are available at, Senior Consultant and Manager level, depending on your background/past experience.
About You
You are an experienced consultant with Defence and/or Maritime project experience – ideally with a blend of private and public sector engagements. You're confident working in client environments, building relationships, and delivering structured outcomes.
Prior experience in consulting (Big 4, Tier 2 or boutique) is highly regarded. Defence sector backgrounds, including uniformed service or APS, are equally valued.

Qualifications and Experience
* Previous consulting experience or advisory background
* Strong understanding of Defence/Military or Maritime sector (CASG, SPOs, Navy, etc.)
* NV1 Security Clearance required
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (Business, Engineering, Commerce, etc.)
