Loss Adjuster, Liability
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex liability claims and deliver a best in market claims experience to our customers, whilst achieving the most cost-effective and timely outcomes in accordance with policies and procedures.
What are my accountabilities?
* Manage a portfolio of major and/or complex liability claims;
* Review for continuous improvement across claims and quality assurance;
* Provide technical support and feedback to the claims team;
* Assist with coaching and training of team members;
* Stay updated across regulatory changes and industry themes and insights;
* Build and develop strong working relationships with our Clients;
* Provide escalation point to team following complaints and/or technical queries;
* Attendance at stakeholder meetings/conferences/phone calls when required.
About You
* Previous liability claims or legal experience;
* Ability to manage complaints and disputed claims when required;
* Understanding of insurance principles, policies, and regulations;
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
* The ability to analyse data, assess risks, and provide effective solutions;
* Experience in relationship building and stakeholder management.
