Broome Turf Club is hiring a full-time event coordinator role. As the face of our events, you will be responsible for planning and executing successful race days, conferences, festivals, and other social functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with clients to determine objectives and requirements for events.
* Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
* Coordinate services such as catering, signage, audiovisuals, transport, and equipment hire.
* Negotiate contracts with suppliers, sponsors, and service providers.
* Organize registrations, publicity, and promotional activities.
* Oversee event operations, scheduling, staffing, and compliance with regulations.
* Monitor event progress and resolve issues on-site.
* Review post-event performance and prepare evaluation reports.
