Job Role Overview
This position is crucial in the pre-construction phase, ensuring projects are fully prepared for site commencement with complete documentation, permits, and approvals.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate all pre-construction documentation across architectural, interior, structural, and services packages.
* Prepare and lodge permits, approvals, and applications (planning, building, demolition, services, etc.).
* Manage site readiness including demolition, service connections, and compliance documentation.
* Coordinate pool and landscaping approvals, design integration, and compliance.
* Liaise with consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure timely project progression.
* Track progress through project management software and maintain accurate reporting.
* Ensure all documentation meets compliance and quality standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Diploma or Degree in Building Design, Architecture, or Construction Management.
* 3-5 years' experience in design coordination or documentation management, ideally within luxury residential projects.
* Strong understanding of construction documentation, regulatory approvals, and authority processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD/Revit, and project management platforms (e.g. Procore, MS Projects).
* Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* High attention to detail with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
